Shipping destinations
Packaroo currently offers checkout for eligible delivery addresses in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and selected European countries. Your delivery address determines whether shipping is available, and the final shipping options and charge are shown before you complete payment.
Shipping charges
Our Shopify checkout currently lists a standard shipping option at A$5 for enabled destinations, subject to the amount displayed in your local checkout currency. Please rely on the final shipping charge shown at checkout, including any future rate changes or promotions, before ordering.
Processing, dispatch and delivery
Packaroo works with third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners, and some orders may be dispatched internationally. Processing times and transit times depend on the items, supplier, destination and carrier. If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate parcels. We do not promise a specific dispatch or delivery date unless one is expressly stated for your order.
Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch. Shipping estimates are not guarantees; customs processing, local carrier conditions and other delays may affect the arrival date.
International orders and import charges
For deliveries outside Australia, customs duties, taxes and import charges may apply according to destination-country rules. Any charges collected at checkout will be displayed there; additional charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient, subject to applicable law. Please check the total amount and your local import requirements before purchasing.
